Security

At Kerbly, we take the security of our app and your data seriously. This page explains our approach to keeping Kerbly safe and how you can help if you spot something.

Our Security Mission

Kerbly is built to hold sensitive lesson diary entries, pupil records, and financial information for driving instructors. We work to protect that data with encryption in transit, secure infrastructure, regular reviews, and careful access controls.

We do not sell personal data, and we only collect what is needed to run the service. Our goal is to give UK driving instructors (ADIs and PDIs) a trustworthy place to manage their business without worrying about security.

Responsible Disclosure

Found something that does not look right? If you believe you have discovered a security issue in Kerbly, please let us know.

Write to us at hello@getkerbly.app. We respond quickly and are grateful for responsible reports.

Please include enough detail for us to understand and reproduce the issue. We ask that you do not exploit any vulnerability beyond what is needed to confirm it, and that you give us reasonable time to address it before sharing it publicly.

Kerbly does not currently operate a paid bug bounty programme, but we do credit and thank security researchers who report issues responsibly.
